FAULTY PRODUCTS

An item is classified as faulty if there is a defect from the manufacturing side, or if the item is received damaged. Items that are damaged from normal wear are not considered to be faulty.

You are required to return the faulty item within 7 days from the date received. The item must be returned in its original condition in its original packaging.

To return, please send us an email at luvvthelabel@gmail.com with the following details:

Subject: RETURNS Order ID: Product name: Reason of returning: (Please attach photos so we can have a better understanding of the faultiness)

Once your return is approved, we will send you a replacement of the same design. Please note that we do not do refunds at the moment. 

LUVV will bear the return shipping costs. Customers are required to keep the shipping receipt for claims.

All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your requests if your return does not meet the requirements above.
